Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel's location is convenient for shopping and eating out, situated in the center of everything and within walking distance to Waikiki Beach. The rooms were smaller than expected but clean, with service that was exceptionally polite and helpful. The dining options were not great overall, but the facility offered fresh farm-to-table products.
The hotel is centrally located, a quick walk to Waikiki Beach, with spacious rooms featuring unique amenities like walk-in wardrobes and large flat-screen TVs. Despite some service hiccups and the dining quality not meeting expectations, the hotel offers convenience and a great base for exploring the area.
The hotel's location was perfect in Waikiki, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and the beach. The rooms, though smaller than expected, were spacious enough for my husband and me, but were not made up one day. The service staff during the week days were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to handle all our requests during the stay. The dining experience was not up to par and could have been improved. However, the hotel's facilities were convenient and satisfactory.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was incredible, just a stone's throw from the beach and surrounded by a plethora of amazing restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was exceedingly friendly. The only downside was the somewhat limited dining options, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The hotel rooms were nice and kept clean, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant damp, musty smell that made our stay uncomfortable. The service was very attentive and accommodating, though some renovations are needed, especially in the bathrooms. The location was convenient, close to the international marketplace and beach, with a small yet clean pool available. The dining experience was tasty, especially for Hilton Honors members, but somewhat misleading. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The hotel had a spacious room with a walk-in wardrobe which we used for our baby's pack-and-play, but unfortunately overlooked a construction site with dirty green water. The service was friendly and informative at Concierge, front desk, and the travel desk. The location was amazing, right at the center of Waikiki, near many restaurants. The dining experience was tasty with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained but lacked proper dining chairs.
The hotel is perfectly located just across the road from International Market shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and close to the beach. The rooms were beautifully clean, and the pool was well-maintained. However, the service was underwhelming despite efforts to assist with wheelchair access. The dining experience was decent, especially for those with Hilton status, offering ample options. Overall, a convenient choice with room for improvement.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms, despite being clean and comfortable, had a hiccup due to a miscommunication at check-in. The service was a bit of a hit or miss with some staff being nice and helpful while others lacked warmth. The location was great, with nearby supermarkets and easy access to shops and the beach. The dining was a hit in terms of food quality but a miss in terms of the prices. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
